Are you a manpower agency? Is it direct hiring?


Global Headstart Specialist is not a manpower agency. We are a Dole licensed private recruitment company that acts as an extension of our clients' recruitment departments. We simply provide the first few steps of the hiring process on behalf of our clients, making it easier for you, our valued applicants to finding the career of your choice.




Is Call Center experience required? Do you accept High School Graduates? Am I qualified to apply?


Call Center experience is not required for all accounts and job openings. We accept applicants without working experience as well as High School graduates for some of our entry level CSR openings. Please be sure to read the details and qualifications of the job position you are applying for, to ensure you meet the basic requirements for your application to be processed.




Where is your office located?  Do you have an office in the provinces?


Our head office in Quezon City is located at at 4th Level Fisher Mall, 325 Quezon Avenue corner Roosevelt Avenue, Brgy Sta. Cruz, Quezon City. For Job Seekers in the provinces, we have work locations across the Philippines in most major cities in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Simply apply and our recruiters will contact you.




What is the age limit?


There is no age limit as long as you are able to pass the medical exam and are fit and able to work. You must be of legal working age to apply.




Is it a one day hiring process?


Yes, we do sometimes have a one day hiring process, but it would depend on the time you arrive to our office. Normally, the interview process can take 1-2 days. Due to the Covid-19 disruption, and the current quarantine status, we are currently doing virtual processing. Our processing time has significantly increased. Please wait patiently for our team to contact you. Our recruiters are working, striving to help everyone.




I missed my interview, can I be rescheduled?


Yes​, if you missed your scheduled interview, simply contact your recruiter and they would be happy to reschedule you.




I am unable to upload my resume via your online registration, what do I do?


Uploading your resume can be skipped by simply clicking the submit or next button. However, we encourage all applicants to try and upload their resume. If you have any problems uploading your resume, double check your internet connection, try using another internet connection or try saving your resume in a different format to upload (Microsoft Word, PDF, etc.). Double check your resume is not bigger than 200kb.




Do you have WAH/WFH, non-voice, chat support, day shift, night shift, weekends off, local accounts, certain accounts, other positions, etc.?


Yes, we normally have all type of accounts and positions available. Our online job advertisements describe the variety of options we have available which you can easily look up. Be sure to read the details of the job opening/description if it fits your desired preference. More details and specifics are addressed during the interview process.




What are your office hours?


We entertain applicants Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm. Due to the Covid-19 disruption and the current quarantine status, our physical offices are closed at the moment and we are currently processing all applications virtually.




Is there a limit or time frame to when I can reapply?


You can reapply anytime and as many times as you want. Global Headstart is dedicated in helping people find jobs and so there is no limit or time frame to reapply. For candidates who have undergone an interview and are interested in another endorsement, we recommend you get in contact with the recruiter who assisted you. If you do not remember the recruiter or contact number of the person who helped you, then simply apply to our job openings again.




I am done with the online registration. What is the next step?


Once you have completed our online registration and you meet our job requirements, simply wait for one of our recruiters to contact you either via calling or texting. To ensure you qualify for the job position or account, read the job requirements and job description for the opening. Take note, due to the Covid-19 disription and the current quarantine status, our processing time has significantly increased. Please wait patiently for our team to contact you. If you did not pass any part of the job interview process, you can contact your recruiter to try out another account/position or reapply after one (1) month.




Is communicating in English a requirement for a Call Center Agent position?


Yes. For our Customer Service Representative or Technical Support Representative positions whether for a local account or an international account, being able to comfortably converse in English is a requirement. We are NOT expecting perfect native level English, but you should be able to comfortably hold a conversation in English while assisting customers with their inquiries.




I already registered, why am I receiving another notification to apply?


Receiving multiple notifications are due to the following: 1. Applying to more than one of our openings or positions, you will receive a notification for each application. 2. Your online registration was not successfully completed or received. 3. The record of your mobile number for the online registration does not match the number the notification was sent to. If you are no longer interested in the position, simply reply back "not interested" to our text message. You will be removed from the system unless you reapply again.




I am no longer interested in applying. How do I remove myself from being contacted.


If you are no longer interested in the position, simply reply back "not interested" to our text message and you will be removed from the system. However, if you reapply or applied to multiple job openings, you will receive a new notification for that opening.
