Terms and Conditions - Electronic invoice request

  1. Veracity of Information: By completing this form, the applicant agrees to provide accurate and complete information. The company is not responsible for the issuance of incorrect invoices due to inaccurate data provided by the applicant.

  2. Applicant Responsibility: The applicant assumes the responsibility of verifying that the data provided is correct before applying. Any corrections or modifications required after an invoice is issued may be subject to additional charges.

  3. Issuance Term: The issuance of the electronic invoice will be carried out within the period stipulated by current tax legislation in Mexico. The company is not responsible for delays in issuance caused by circumstances beyond its control.

  4. Confirmation of data: The applicant will receive an electronic invoice with the data provided. It is the applicant's responsibility to verify that the data is correct before use or presentation to the tax authorities.

  5. Later Modifications: Any modification or correction of data on the electronic invoice will require additional processing and may be subject to additional charges, by the current service rate.

  6. Confidentiality: The data provided in this form will be handled by our privacy policy and will only be used for purposes related to the issuance of the electronic invoice.

  7. Disclaimer of Responsibility: The company is not responsible for any tax problems or penalties resulting from incorrect information provided by the applicant in this form.

  8. Invoice Cancellation: It is only possible to request the cancellation of electronic invoices within the next 24 hours after they are issued. After this period, the invoices issued will not be cancelable.

  9. Application Period: Electronic invoice requests can only be made within the current month and cannot be requested later once the month has ended.

  10. Tax Compliance: Users must ensure that the electronic invoice request complies with all current tax regulations in Mexico, including the inclusion of correct tax data.

  11. Legal Electronic Billing: The company undertakes to issue electronic invoices by the legal and tax provisions of Mexico. Users must provide accurate information to comply with these regulations.

  12. Invoice Support: Users are recommended to keep copies of issued electronic invoices and any related documentation by Mexican tax regulations.

  13. Billing Authorization: Users understand and accept that the request for an electronic invoice will be made only with their express authorization and that it is their responsibility to verify the veracity of the invoice.

  14. Acceptance of Digital Tax Receipts over the Internet (CFDI): Users agree that electronic invoices will be generated in CFDI format and that these invoices meet the legal requirements for use in commercial and tax transactions in Mexico.

  15. Personal data protection: The personal data provided in the electronic invoice request will be handled by the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties in Mexico.

  16. Communication: The applicant agrees to receive communications related to their electronic invoice request, including confirmations, issuance notifications, and any other relevant information.

  17. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: Submission of this form implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using this service.
